How can I make payments on my vacation?
Call or email me anytime you’d like to make a payment! I will verify that I have the correct payment information. All payments must be a minimum of $20 and can be made with any major credit card, Disney Gift Card, or your Disney Visa Rewards Redemption Card. Please keep all gift cards until after your vacation. Charges will show on your statement as either WDWTC or Walt Disney Travel Company.
How can I get in contact with you?
Email me! From Monday - Friday, I respond to emails within 24 hours. If you email me during weekends or holidays, I’ll get back to you on the next business day!
I will give you my phone number prior to your trip in case of emergencies while you travel.
Will you do my Park Reservations and Advanced Dining Reservations?
I will 100% do your dining reservations. Dining reservations open at 6AM EST 60 days prior to check in. I require that I have your reservation requests no later than 48-hours in advance.
Unfortunately, I cannot make your park reservations. There is a COVD-19 Waiver you must sign off on when making reservations and legally I can’t sign for you. I’ll gladly assist you in the process of picking your parks and would be happy to have schedule a chat to figure out which parks to visit! It’s best to complete your park reservations ASAP as reservations are not guaranteed.
When will I receive my itinerary?
I will send your personalized itinerary packet between 7-10 prior to check in.
What if there is a discount released?
Part of my services include discount monitoring! If Disney releases a discount after you book your vacation and it applies to your reservations, I will do my best to get you the best deal possible. Keep in mind, discounts are limited and may not apply to your resort, room type, or vacation dates.
